-r => Remove directories and there contents recursively.
-f => Ignore nonexistent files and arguments, never prompt
for more info run
rm --help> git rm -r --cached .
> git add .
> git commit -m 'git cache cleared'
> git push
git rm -r --cached <name-of-dir>$ git rm --cached filename
