Déplacement de la texture selon la position dans le shader

Le Divin Original Sin a un bel effet de particules. Lorsque je me déplace dans le jeu, je vois une galaxie à travers des particules qui se déplacent en fonction de ma position. Comment puis-je faire comme ça?

habituellement coordonnées uv utilisées pour uvmapping mais ici Au lieu d'utiliser la position d'utilisation uvcoordinate!
