Affichage de l'état du trafic réseau dans la barre d'état système?

Je ne trouve pas de moyen d'afficher l'état du trafic réseau (en particulier le téléchargement) dans la barre d'état système d'Ubuntu gnome. Comment puis-je atteindre cet objectif?
