Impossible de réinstaller VirtualBox sur Ubuntu 16.04

Je viens de passer à Ubuntu 16.04 à partir de 15.10 et ma VirtualBox ne veut plus démarrer. J'ai essayé la purge virtualbox, virtualbox-dkmset errante de mon système et il semble fonctionner (je ne suis pas du tout sysadmin BTW, alors gardez le stupide simple). Une fois que j'ai réinstallé en utilisant le DEB en ligne ou en utilisant apt-getj'obtiens ceci à la fin:

J'ai essayé de regarder dmesgmais je ne sais pas quoi faire de ce tas d'informations et je doute que coller tout cela ici soit intéressant. Si vous savez où je dois regarder, il me fera plaisir d'en inclure une partie!


Éditer # 1

Démarrer VBox et essayer de monter une de mes boîtes vagabondes m'a montré que j'aurais dû courir en modprobetant que root. J'ai reçu ce message lors de l'exécution sudo modprobe vboxdrv:

Vous n'utilisiez pas un pack d'extension qui doit être mis à niveau, n'est-ce pas? J'ai fait exactement la même chose (en ce qui concerne la version) et cela n'a pas pu démarrer jusqu'à ce que je me souvienne que je n'avais pas mis à jour le pack d'extension, après quoi la navigation était fluide.

J'utilisais vagrant-aws-provider mais techniquement non, rien n'a été utilisé. J'aurais dû l'installer en utilisant sudo apt-get install virtualbox et c'est ut

Pourriez-vous s'il vous plaît inclure la sortie de dmesgtoute façon, s'il vous plaît? Juste les éléments qui se produisent dans les 10 secondes environ après l'exécution sudo modprobe vbxdrv(exécutez dmesgavant et après et n'incluez que les nouvelles entrées à la fin). La sortie de uname -aet modinfo vboxdrvaiderait aussi.

Quel «DEB en ligne» utilisez-vous et que se passe-t-il lorsque vous l'installez?

@fkraiem Le deb en ligne est l'AMD64 pour Ubuntu 16 de la page de téléchargement de VirtualBox qui est probablement celle qui est installée par défaut!

J'ai trouvé la réponse, c'était cette chose de démarrage sécurisé installée par Ubuntu lors de la mise à niveau. Les instructions n'étaient pas claires sur la façon de supprimer ce truc de démarrage sécurisé, mais j'ai réussi à le faire.

  1. Redémarrez votre ordinateur après avoir installé les pilotes DKMS pour VBOX
  2. Un écran bleu s'affiche avec 2 options: attendez ou modifiez les paramètres MDK
  3. En choisissant de modifier les paramètres MDK et de saisir les caractères du mot de passe comme demandé, vous devez appuyer sur la touche correspondant à l'index de caractères demandé, puis appuyer sur ENTER.
  4. Après avoir entré 2 ou 3 caractères, ils vous demanderont si vous souhaitez supprimer le démarrage sécurisé, dites oui!
  5. L'ordinateur redémarrera, une fois de retour, il devrait fonctionner!

L'écran bleu apparaît uniquement lors du premier redémarrage après la mise à niveau vers Ubuntu 16.04. Donc, si vous rencontrez le problème après avoir déjà ignoré les options d'écran bleu (démarrage sécurisé), vous pouvez entrer manuellement les paramètres de démarrage sécurisé en entrant la configuration de votre BIOS. Les options de démarrage sécurisé se trouvent dans le menu "Sécurité" du BIOS. Il suffit de le changer de "Enabled" à "Disabled" dans la configuration du BIOS. * Je me demande quelle fonctionnalité est désactivée après avoir désactivé l'option de démarrage sécurisé. Existe-t-il une option pour installer les certificats de démarrage sécurisé respectifs pour prendre en charge VirtualBox sans désactiver le démarrage sécurisé?

J'ai eu le même problème lors de la mise à jour vers Ubuntu 16.04 et j'ai trouvé le message d'erreur suivant:

Starting VirtualBox kernel modules ...failed!
  (modprobe vboxdrv failed. Please use 'dmesg' to find out why)

Il a également été causé par le démarrage UEFI. La solution est assez simple:

  1. Redémarrez votre machine et entrez dans le menu BIOS (dans mon cas, appuyez sur F2)
  2. Recherchez Secure Boot et passez à Legacy

    Dans une carte mère ASUS:

    • Accédez au mode avancé (F7)
    • Allez dans l'option Secure Boot sous la section Boot
    • Changer le "mode UEFI Windows" avec "Autre OS"
    • Enregistrez et redémarrez pour appliquer les paramètres (F10)
  3. Après le redémarrage, assurez-vous que les pilotes sont chargés

Type:

sudo /sbin/rcvboxdrv setup

Et vous devriez

Stopping VirtualBox kernel modules ...done.

De même ici, le dmesgmessage de "vérification " initial est parfois trompeur, car il n'y a pas nécessairement d'erreurs ou de messages qui vous informent sur le problème.
