Essaye ça:

sudo apt-get clean
sudo apt-get purge jenkins-common
sudo apt-get install jenkins

Je vois une erreur: le package 'jenkins-common' n'est pas installé, donc pas supprimé

Essayez également cette commande sur le terminal,

sudo dpkg -i --force-overwrite /var/cache/apt/archives/jenkins_1.529_all.deb
