Erreur lors de la récupération des fichiers Kubuntu 13.10

Je continue à recevoir ça quand je le fais sudo apt-get update. Quelle pourrait en être la cause?

J'ai aussi du mal à trouver Skype pour kubuntu 13.10 car je ne le trouve nulle part. ou est-ce pas avilable?

Vous devriez copier ceci dans votre fichier /etc/apt/sources.lust et jeter tout ce que vous aviez auparavant. Vous pouvez peut-être adapter les pensions régionales (nous ....) à votre pays, mais cela fonctionnera toujours, même dans sa forme actuelle. En outre, vous trouverez ici skype.
