Voici un script Python pour ArcGIS 10 qui fait essentiellement ce que vous voulez, sauf que la sortie est un fichier CSV, pas une table de géodatabase. N'hésitez pas à modifier et à utiliser à votre guise. Notez qu'il n'est pas bien testé et n'est pas pris en charge, alors utilisez-le à vos risques et périls.

@ blah238 Great script! Lors de l'exécution de votre script, la plupart des colonnes ne sont pas remplies avec leurs métadonnées associées. Les colonnes remplies avaient leurs métadonnées créées par d'autres il y a des années. Mes métadonnées doivent-elles être dans un format particulier pour que le script capture toutes les métadonnées? Ou y a-t-il autre chose qui pourrait entraîner l'absence de ces métadonnées? Exécution d'ArcMap 10.3 et utilisation principalement de SDE.

@reevesii Il existe de nombreux formats de métadonnées différents, vous devrez donc probablement adapter le script pour accéder et produire les éléments de métadonnées particuliers que vous souhaitez (voir les fonctions GetMetadataItemset CreateHeaderRow).
