Comment dessiner une ellipse avec shapely

Définissez d'abord un cercle de rayon 1.
Définissez ensuite une ellipse le long des axes x et y.
Enfin, faites pivoter l'ellipse.

EDIT: le code précédent a défini l'ellipse mais n'a en fait rien dessiné comme demandé
