Vous ne pouvez pas démarrer le serveur MySQL en raison d'autorisations de fichier incorrectes?

J'essaie de démarrer le serveur, puis de réparer l'utilisateur root en

$ mysql -u root mysql
$mysql> UPDATE user SET Password=PASSWORD('my_password') where USER='root';
$mysql> FLUSH PRIVILEGES;

Mais le serveur ne peut pas être démarré:

Le dossier entier devrait appartenir à mysql

cd /usr/local/mysql-5.6.21-osx10.8-x86_64/data/
chown -R mysql:mysql *

Ensuite, redémarrez mysql

En utilisant homebrew sur Mac OS Sierra et mysql Ver 14.14 Distrib 5.7.16, pour osx10.12 (x86_64), je devais "cd / usr / local / var; chown -R mysql: mysql mysql"

Je trouve une autre raison de la même erreur. J'utilise homebrew pour installer mysql.

Le serveur n'a pas pu être arrêté en utilisant simplement la commande:

mysql.server stop

Le processus mysql redémarrera automatiquement. La seule façon d'arrêter cela est d'utiliser cette commande:

brew services stop mysql

Ensuite, vous pouvez résoudre le problème avec l'utilisateur root.

N'oubliez pas que des choses comme apparmor peuvent également bloquer l'accès en écriture aux répertoires de mysql.

Voir des endroits comme /etc/apparmor.d/usr.sbin.mysqld, et donnez "** rwk" à votre datadir mysql. (Nécessite le redémarrage de l'apparmeur) Voir un endroit comme /var/log/kern.log pour les rapports de l'apparmeur.
